ORDER
You can check the status of your order by consulting your order history in the My Account section, or feel free to contact our customer service department by e-mail at support@innocence-editions.com
In order to deliver your personalized products as quickly as possible, all validated orders are automatically forwarded to the workshop for production. This is why, unfortunately, it is currently impossible for us to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed.
All Innocence products are customized for each order, with an optimized handling process to deliver you as quickly as possible. This is why, once your order has been validated, it is unfortunately impossible for us to make any changes.
To avoid any errors, we recommend that you check all your album pages and prints in the editor before proceeding to payment.

If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us at support@innocence-editions.com with your order number and the correct address so that we can try to correct it before the order leaves our workshop.
We produce and dispatch your order within 3 working days. The production of some photo albums requires additional finishing work, which may extend the production time by 48 hours, for a total of 5 working days. Therefore, if your order includes at least one of these albums, production times may be extended.
Once your order has been produced, we hand it over to the chosen carrier. With standard delivery, you can receive your package in 2 to 3 working days. If you opt for express delivery, your parcel will arrive within 1 working day (delivery times for mainland France).
We don't include invoices in our packages, so your recipient won't receive one. If you wish to offer a gift, you can send it directly to the recipient for an emotional surprise when the parcel is opened!
Your invoice is sent automatically by email once the order has been finalized.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Items from the same order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
PAYMENT
To order a product on our site, you can currently pay with : VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal or Klarna.
If your order doesn't go through, it may be due to an error in entering your card details. If you receive a “Payment failed” message, it is possible that the payment has been blocked by your bank. In this case, please contact your bank for further information. Please do not hesitate to contact us at support@innocence-editions.com if you have any questions.
You can enter the code during checkout in the dedicated field.
Once your order is validated, unfortunately, we cannot modify it. Our support cannot add a forgotten promo code.
MY ACCOUNT
If you're having trouble logging into your account because you've forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page, and we'll send you an email to reset your password. If you are still experiencing difficulties, this may be due to an error in entering your email address when registering, or to an incorrect password. If the problem persists, please send an email to support@innocence-editions.com
To delete your Innocence customer account, please contact our customer service department at support@innocence-editions.com .
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
If you haven't received your order, check the “Orders” section of your Innocence account to confirm its status. If it is marked as “Shipped”, your package has left our workshop and is on its way to you. If you live in a residence or apartment building, check with your concierge and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. If in doubt, contact us at support@innocence-editions.com, quoting your order number.
We apologize for the damaged arrival of your order. Despite our careful packaging, some parcels may be mistreated by carriers. Please contact us at support@innocence-editions.com with your order number, details of the damage, photos of the damage and the shipping label.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and number of products ordered and the speed of delivery. Each order is shipped to a single shipping address.
For countries outside the European Union, customs fees or taxes may be charged. Innocence is not aware of the amount of these taxes and cannot be held responsible for them. Please inform yourself about applicable tax laws.
For personalized products: it is not possible to return them.
For non-personalized products: if the product received is not to your liking, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to inform our customer service department at support@innocence-editions.com. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and will not be refunded. Returned products must be sent in their original packaging and in new condition.
PRODUCTS

For high-quality printing, we recommend the following characteristics:
File type: .jpg
DPI: 300 DPI
Color profile: sRGB
In the editor, a quality warning is displayed if your image appears too small for optimal printing.
We also advise you to give preference to bright photos. Matte paper tends to accentuate dark tones, making them deeper. So, when selecting your photos, avoid images that are too dark, or adjust their brightness, either before shooting using your camera's settings, or when retouching later.
Our notebooks have soft, non-rigid cover pages.
The fabric covers of our notebooks slip on like a cover. You can remove and replace them as you wish.
Promotional codes are not applicable to the purchase of gift cards.
